The inaugural edition of the ArRC scientific conference brought together industry leaders and innovators from across the region with the goal of making advancements in the field of resuscitation and first response.

Prestan Manikins was used in several of the sessions, one of which demonstrated how a visually impaired person could react to someone experiencing a cardiac arrest. This was achieved by equipping one of the manikins with a voice prompt device developed by the AR Engineering team that guided them in performing high-quality CPR. The session shed light on potential solutions that enable the visually challenged to save lives.
